Here at Gigaisland, we strive for computer service excellence. Our main priority is to take care of you and help you accomplish all of your computing goals, every step of the way. We can't achieve that goal if we nickel and dime you every time you call, belittle you and/or your staff with "Geek Talk," let things fall through the cracks, or arrive late. We don't treat our clients (Ohana) like this. Period. We treat you as a long-time friend and like family. We call this our "Gigaisland Client for Life Policy". All the work we do is documented systematically through all ticketing system. You will receive a login and be able to track all the work we've done together. This way you'll always have a working history at your fingertips.

We never keep your information about your network support, software licenses, passwords, or network configurations locked away. Here at Gigaisland all the information is documented and at the client's request will be shared with them at any time. If we do stop servicing you, for any reason, we always give this information back to the client. We feel that this is information is rightfully yours. We always keep your interest in mind. Our goal is to develop a lifetime relationship - one that you can trust.

Recommendations We Use and Trust

You can trust our recommendations to have your best interest in mind. We don't recommend any hardware or software that we don't use ourselves.
